Full Price Items
Full Price Items are eligible for exchange only.
We will exchange any item if returned within 7 days of receipt. If you do not desire an exchange at that time, we will issue you with a credit note which is valid on all items for 12 months.
We operate a strict 7-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Items must be back with us by the 7th day. The returns period starts from the day your item is received. If you return or exchange items out of this time period, the items will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Return postage is at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and checked.
We will only accept returns of items which;
- Have all the original labels and tags still attached
- Nave not been worn or damaged
- Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
To arrange a return for an exchange or a credit note, please email email@example.com and we will provide you with the returns address.
If you receive an item that is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and photo of the fault within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will respond within 24 hours.
Any items bought as part of the Sample Sale are non returnable. There are likely to be defects with the items which is why they are sold as a sample and reflected in the price.
Please ensure you read the product description before purchasing an item from our sample sale.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
